My Pal Al is named after my father, Alan Kennedy. In June 2018, he found peace after a 12 month battle with lung cancer. My Pal Al is another chapter to Dad’s story and my attempt to continue Dad’s legacy. My Pal Al is a symbol of hope and strength for everyone to come together and share the memory of their loved ones. It hopes to start a conversation of cure, share a message of prevention and spread a little bit of hope, so that the pain of losing a loved one is lessened.
